Ticket purchase instructions for FA Cup semi-final v Chelsea

We are delighted to confirm the ticket purchase process, and on-sale dates, for our FA Cup semi-final match against Chelsea on Easter Sunday, 17th April, 16:30 kick-off.

We are partnering with Ticketmaster, and Season Ticket holders and Members will need to register your Client Reference Number with Ticketmaster, with full instructions provided below.

Tickets will be available online only from 11:00 Friday, 1st April.

We advise all supporters to book online as this remains the quickest and easiest way to purchase your tickets, however, Ticketmaster offer a dedicated local rate phone line for Crystal Palace supporters: 0333 003 5935 which will be available from 14:00 on 1st April and are then open Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 thereafter. Click option one for sales and option two for customer service.

Tickets will not be available via the CPFC ticket website or Box Office.

Please note that the designated ‘vocal section’ (akin to Block E at Selhurst) is situated in Blocks 133 and 134.

  • Phase 1 – Friday 1st April, 11:00 onwards: All current Season Ticket holders and Junior Gold or Junior Members who are linked to Season Ticket holders.

    To enable Season Tickets holders to sit together with friends / family who are also Season Ticket holders, Phase 1 is open to all Season Ticket holders and linked Junior Gold or Junior Members irrespective of the number of loyalty points held.

  • Phase 2 – Monday 4th April, 11:00 onwards: Current Gold, Junior Gold, or International Members with a prior transaction history.
  • Phase 3 – Tuesday 5th April, 11:00 onwards: Current Adult and Junior Members with a prior transaction history.

Disabled supporters will also be able to purchase their tickets in the above phases, but this will be managed and processed by the CPFC Box Office. Separate instructions will be sent via email shortly from [email protected].

TICKET REGISTRATION AND PURCHASE GUIDE

To purchase tickets for the semi-final you will need to activate your account using your Client Reference Number.

Your Client Reference Number can be found on your digital or physical Season Ticket, ticket confirmation emails or on your cpfc.co.uk profile.

Activation takes five minutes and can be completed in five easy steps:

  1. Visit the Ticketmaster account page by clicking here.
  2. Enter your Client Reference Number and surname.
  3. Click ‘FIND MY ACCOUNT’.
  4. Enter a new password in the box at the top of the form.
  5. Once your details are correct and then click ‘Save details’

Once this is complete you will be able to login in using your Client Reference Number and new password.

SUPPORTERS WISHING TO BOOK ON BEHALF OF FRIENDS AND FAMILIES

You can link friends and families to your profile easily through Ticketmaster’s ‘My Network’ section.

By linking accounts, it will be easy to purchase seats together and/or on behalf of your friends and family.

This can be completed in six easy steps.

Please note: your friends and family members must have already activated their Client Reference so you can link with them.

To link your friend and family simply follow the below steps:

  1. Log-in to your Ticketmaster account by clicking here and click the supporter icon in top right corner of screen.
  2. Click ‘View Account Menu’
  3. Under the Account Management section click ‘My Network’
  4. Click ‘Add Members’
  5. Add the Client Reference Number and surname of your friend or family member.

This will bring up a name and email address. Click ‘SELECT’ to add your friend or family member to your network

When you add a friend to your network, you are automatically added to your friend’s network at the same time so you can both purchase tickets on each other’s behalf.
