Vote: Crystal Palace Player of the Season 2021/22

As another campaign draws to a close, it’s time to vote for Crystal Palace’s Player of the Season for 2021/22.

Voting is now open to decide your first-team Player of the Season from everyone to have played 10 or more games in all competitions.

It’s been quite the campaign for Patrick Vieira’s side, with seven additions in summer and a new style to adopt.

They’ve handled the change commendably, reaching the FA Cup semi-final and currently sitting on 38 points from 33 games.

At the back Palace’s defensive solidity has earned acclaim, with the south Londoners conceding fewer league goals than any team outside the top eight. This season’s arrivals Joachim Andersen and Marc Guéhi have built an impressive partnership, and Academy graduate Tyrick Mitchell has made the second-most appearances in the squad.

In midfield Conor Gallagher and Michael Olise have proved fine additions, with the pair notching 12 goals and 13 assists between them so far.

They’ve helped an in-form Wilfried Zaha to set a new personal record for most goals in a single Palace season (11 in the league, 12 overall), and Jean-Philippe Mateta, who has enjoyed a particularly triumphant second half of the campaign.

There have also been typically crucial performances from Jordan Ayew, Vicente Guaita, Cheikhou Kouyaté, Jeffrey Schlupp and Joel Ward, and a whole host of players we’ve not even mentioned.

Who earns Player of the Season is down to you, however, so get voting below!

The club’s End of Season Awards will be hosted on Tuesday, May 10th. Find out more details here.
