This Sunday, when Fulham take on Villarreal at Craven Cottage, the lower tier of the new Riverside stand will open for the first time to supporters.
An exciting occasion for everyone involved at the Club and a pivotal moment in the development of the new stand, supporters attending this weekend’s fixture who hold a Riverside ticket for the match are advised to please read the following information, to ensure your visit is as enjoyable as possible.
ENTERING THE RIVERSIDE
On your ticket you will find a turnstile number 51 to 55. These are the new turnstiles you should enter through to gain access to the Riverside, which are located between the Hammersmith End and the Riverside Stand.
Fans will also be able to enter the ground through the Hammersmith End turnstiles (44-48) and walk through the Hammersmith End concourse.
A further ticket check will take place between the Hammersmith End and start of The Riverside walkway. Please be ready to present your ticket at this point.
Season Cards are not in operation at this game, and all fans attending Fulham v Villarreal have been issued a paper ticket. When approaching the turnstiles, please insert and line up the barcode on the ticket within the reader.
WAYFINDING
Clear signage on the Riverside walkway and within concourses will direct supporters to their seat and any amenities. Stewards will also be on hand in various locations to help fans find their way.
We recommend arriving early to familiarise yourself with your seat location before exploring and enjoying all that The Riverside has to offer.
TICKET OFFICE
The Riverside features a new Ticket Office, located by the new Riverside turnstiles at the Hammersmith End of the ground (turnstiles 51 to 55).
Please note, this office is open on matchdays only to deal only with queries related to accessing the Riverside Stand. For supporters wishing to buy tickets, you will still need to go to the main Ticket Office on Stevenage Road.
FOOD & DRINK
A range of food and beverage options will be available for supporters both inside the lower tier concourse and outside on The Riverside walkway.
OPENING & CLOSING TIMES
All bars and food outlets will open 90 minutes before kick-off (the same time the rest of the ground opens).
At The Riverside, following the Fulham v Villarreal fixture supporters can stay for up to one hour after the final whistle, and enjoy a post-match drink and bite to eat.
