Fulham Women welcomed Dulwich Hamlet Women to Motspur Park on Sunday securing three goals and the three points.
The starting line-up for Fulham consisted of attacking players Ellie Olds, Ede Buchele, and Georgia Heasman. with Lily Lambird, Annie Thomas and Alex Hayman running the middle of the pitch. The defensive back line was made up of Tia Foreman, Mary Southgate, Becky Stormer and Tessa Allen, and Holly Cowan in Goal.
Like the previous weekends game Fulham Women got ahead almost instantly. Ellie Olds scored in the second minute and gave the rest of the team a boost of confidence as Fulham lost to Dulwich last time they played.
Fulham Women had countless more attacks in the first half, constantly pressuring the Dulwich defence. U18s players, Ede Buchele and Alex Hayman did not look out of place, slotting into the team and once again and creating chances often.
The Dulwich Goalkeeper did well to save Ellie Olds constant flow of shots.
The first half came to an end and Fulham Women where 1-0 up.
The second half came and so did even more chances for Fulham, Ellie Olds claimed the second goal making it 2-0 and then in the closing stages of the game, Georgia Heasman had not given up and went and scored the third goal for Fulham making it a comfortable 3-0.
Fulham Goalkeeper Holly Cowen kept a clean sheet and the team worked tremendously hard throughout the game, despite the cold temperatures everyone’s moods where happy at the end.
