Andreas Pereira has been crowned Fulham’s Man of the Match for his sublime display against Chelsea on Thursday night.
The Brazilian baller was silky all over the park and also showed a different side of his game, getting stuck in to tackles in a fiery contest between us and our near neighbours.
With a near-perfect pass accuracy it was only a matter of time until one of them paid off, and on the 73rd minute it did just that. A lucious looping cross found Pereira’s good friend Carlos Vinicius at the back post, and sent Craven Cottage into hysterics.
In a closely contested contest, the midfield maestro edged the vote with 32% of the count. Close behind him were Bernd Leno (22%) and then Willian (19%), on a night where anyone would’ve been a worthy recipient of the award with shifts put in all over the pitch.
