The Club can confirm that a mutual termination of contract has been agreed with Josh Onomah.
Onomah joined Fulham in the summer of 2019 as part of the deal that took Ryan Sessegnon to Tottenham Hotspur, making 37 appearances that season as we returned to the Premier League at the first time of asking.
He saved his best form for the business end of the campaign, excelling during our three Play-Off matches. His opening goal against Cardiff City in the First Leg of the Semi-Final – a dazzling individual effort – will go down in history, while he played a prominent role at Wembley against Brentford.
Onomah didn’t play as much as he would have liked in the Premier League, but got another promotion under his belt the following campaign as Marco Silva’s men claimed the Championship title.
His two appearances for us in the Premier League this season takes his Fulham record to 76 matches, in which he scored five times.
Everyone at the Club would like to thank Josh for his efforts during his three-and-a-half years in SW6, and wish him the very best of luck in the future.
