The opposition

• A disappointing start to the season had Wolves sitting bottom of the Premier League, having won just twice in their 15 matches, prior to the World Cup.
• Things have turned around following the hire of former Real Madrid boss Julen Lopetegui, who has won half of his eight Premier League matches to date. They do head to the Cottage on the back of a frustrating home defeat by Bournemouth, though.

Aleksandar Mitrović is up against it in his quest to be fit for Friday night, but Marco Silva will give him every chance. Tom Cairney and Neeskens Kebano are both out.

Wolves team news

Former Fulham loanee Mario Lemina returns from suspension, but the game comes too soon for fellow midfielder Boubacar Traore despite a return to training. Hwang Hee-Chan is out with a hamstring injury, while Chiquinho and Sasa Kalajdzic are long-term absentees.

Issa Diop said that the Fulham camp is a happy place to be, following three consecutive victories.
