Manor Solomon’s game-changing impact against Wolverhampton Wanderers has seen him named Man of the Match.
It was the third time in a row that Solomon has stepped off the bench to bag an important goal for the Whites but, in his biggest Premier League cameo to date, this was his first MOTM win.
With Fulham trailing at the break, Marco Silva introduced Solomon and Saša Lukić for the second half, and it was a much better 45.
And while it was a collectively improved display, it was a moment of individual brilliance that brought the Whites level, with Solomon cutting in from the left and bending a gorgeous dipping strike inside the far post.
Speaking to FFCtv after the game, the winger said: “I’m enjoying Fulham’s football, I’m enjoying my football again after a long time out, and I hope to continue this way.
“I want to score as many goals as possible for Fulham, to assist and to help my team, and hopefully continue this way until the end of the season.”
More than half the fans who voted (53.7%) opted for Solomon as their star man against Wolves. His closest rival was Tim Ream (30.8%), while Ream’s defensive partner Issa Diop came in third (9.4%).
