After some back and forth play, Ebbsfleet B did manage to break through and get a couple shots on target, however Libby Stratton came out and made multiple great saves to make sure the score line stayed even.

After a lot of defending, Fulham where able to raise their performance level near the end of the first half and put pressure on the Ebbsfleet defence, Tia Foreman had a free kick opportunity and Georgia Heasman was constantly on the move, hunting down the ball.

This filled Fulham with confidence, and they kept on attacking Ebbsfeet’s half.

Anisha Hill and Megalie Mendes stepped up and made strides towards goal putting Fulham in great shooting opportunities and creating positive attacking movements.

The second half took a dramatic turn when Ebbsfleet where able to put two goals into the back of the net, with two minutes to go. Fulham pushed and pushed but were unable to equalise, leaving the score at full-time 2-1 to Ebbsfleet and ending Fulham Combined Counties Midweek Cup run.
