With less than a month to go until the start of the season fans have been quick to secure their tickets for the Claret’s much anticipated return to the Premier League.
Now that the countdown is officially on, here’s an update on ticketing and our hospitality offering at Turf Moor. We look forward to welcoming you all back soon!
General Admission Tickets
We’re excited to announce that we have now sold out of general admission tickets for eight fixtures, including the first six home matches for the 2023/24 season. A sold-out Turf Moor is expected all season, so fans are encouraged to purchase early to avoid disappointment.
Tickets are currently available for all other home fixtures and can be purchased from Home Games | Burnley FC (burnleyfootballclub.com) .
Hospitality and Premium Tickets
If you want to join us for unforgettable matchday hospitality or are unable to secure a general admission ticket, we have a wide variety of hospitality, premium ticket, and VIP options available. Packages include the best seats in the house, top quality catering and even behind the scenes access to Turf Moor.
Packages start from just £108 (inc. VAT) per person and can be booked via our official online partner – https://burnleyfchospitality.seatunique.com/. Seat Unique is our Official Online Hospitality and Premium Ticket Partner and the only third-party website where you can safely buy hospitality at Turf Moor.
Ticket Exchange
Any season ticket holder who is unable to attend any of the confirmed fixtures is encouraged to return their seat on the official ticket exchange (https://www.burnleyfootballclub.com/more/more-tickets/ticket-exchange) where it will be available for other fans to purchase.
The exchange works that if the season ticket seat is resold, the season ticket holder will receive the value of their season ticket minus a £1.50 admin fee as on account credit, that can be used for future ticket purchases.
The fixtures currently available on the ticket exchange are Manchester City, Aston Villa, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United. As this is a ticket exchange, availability can fluctuate so fans are advised to check it regularly.
Unofficial Resale platforms
The club are aware of a number of unofficial resale platforms trying to sell tickets for some Burnley FC home fixtures. We stress to all supporters that if you are looking to buy tickets for matches you should buy them directly through the Club at Home Games | Burnley FC (burnleyfootballclub.com).
As per clause 3 of the Ticket Terms and Conditions Terms and Conditions | Burnley Football Club anyone listing tickets for sale on these sites runs the risk of their tickets being voided and it may amount to a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. If you are unable to attend, please use the official Ticket Exchange.
If you buy tickets from an unauthorised source, whether that be an unauthorised website, an online marketplace or a ticket tout outside the ground, you risk not being given entry to the match and losing the money you paid.
A “ticket tout” (also known as a “scalper”) sells match tickets without authorisation, often at vastly inflated prices.
Touts no longer just sell tickets outside the stadium; they also sell them (and aid unauthorised sales by others) on websites and online marketplaces.
Tickets sold by touts are likely to become void and do not give you the right to enter the stadium to watch the match, or can you lead to you being removed from the stadium.
