U21s defender joins Robins for 2023/24 season
Burnley Football Club can confirm that defender Benn Ward has joined Sky Bet League Two side Swindon Town on a season-long loan.
Ward initially joined the Clarets on an apprenticeship in January 2021, before signing a professional deal with the Club in October 2022.
Despite not featuring for the first team, Ward has been a regular feature in training with the senior side and now joins Michael Flynn’s side until the end of the 2023/24 season.
The Club would like to wish Benn all the best for the upcoming season.
