Clarets to face fellow Premier League opposition in Group G
Burnley FC’s U21s side will play Brentford, Fulham and Leicester in Group G of the 2023/24 Premier League Cup.
The Clarets will open their run in the competition against Leicester City in a game that will take place at LCFC Training Ground on Friday 15th September and is due to kick off at 7pm BST.
The U21s will then host Brentford at the Lancashire FA County Ground in Leyland before a trip to Motspur Park to take on Fulham will follow.
The reverse fixture of the opening game against the Foxes will be played just before the winter break and the Clarets will travel to play the Bees when they return to action in January.
The final game of Group G will be played on Monday 5th February when Fulham will visit the Lancashire FA County Ground.
Dates for the knockout stages will be confirmed in due course.
