TUESDAY
Burnley vs Blackburn Rovers | U21 Central League Cup Group B | 1pm
The U21s kick off their Central League Cup campaign on Tuesday when they face Lancashire rivals Blackburn Rovers in the first Clarets action across the Club this week.
The competition is made up of four groups, with five teams in two groups and four teams in the other two groups, and Burnley’s group consists of Accrington Stanley, Wrexham, Preston North End and Tuesday’s opponents Rovers.
The game will see full coverage on X @ClaretsAcademy, and a match report will be available for Clarets fans to view following the cup tie on burnleyfc.com.
SATURDAY
Burnley vs Peterborough United | U18 Professional Development League | 1pm
AFC Bournemouth vs Burnley | Premier League | 3pm
Saturday sees a double header, as both the U18s and first team are in action in their respective leagues.
Tony Philliskirk’s youth team kick us off with their Professional Development League game against Peterborough United at the Burnley Training Centre.
The Young Clarets currently sit eighth in the table, two places above Saturday’s opponents Posh, and full coverage of the game will be available on X @ClaretsAcademy, with a match report to follow on burnleyfc.com.
As the U18s finish up, the first team will be preparing to kick off against AFC Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium in Premier League action.
Vincent Kompany’s side are currently 18th in the league standings, a place and a point ahead of the Cherries heading into this game.
