All the dates, times, kick offs, venues and streaming information you need for the week ahead

FRIDAY

Fulham v Burnley | U21 Premier League Cup | 7pm

With no midweek action for any of the Club’s team this week, it’s the U21s who kick off the weekend with a Friday night trip to London to take on Fulham in the Premier League Cup.

The Clarets currently sit 2nd behind 1st place Fulham in group G, after an impressive 4-3 win at Leicester City and a 3-3 draw with Brentford last month.

Victory on Friday evening at the Cottagers’ training base would see Burnley climb to to top of the group and put Burnley one foot into the knockout stages of the competition.

Supporters can find full coverage on X @ClaretsAcademy followed by a match report for Clarets fans to view on burnleyfootballclub.com.

SATURDAY

Arsenal v Burnley | Premier League | 3pm

Sheffield Wednesday U18s v Burnley U18s | U18 Professional Development League | 2pm

It’s not only the U21s heading to the Capital this weekend, as Vincent Kompany’s side travel to the Emirates on Saturday to face Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal.

A victory for the Clarets against the Gunners could see them rise out of the bottom three heading into the November international break, whilst 4th placed Arsenal will be looking to bounce back from their first defeat of the season on Saturday at St James’ Park.

Full coverage of the game will be available across the Club’s official social channels, with full commentary from Phil Bird on Clarets+ and a match report on burnleyfootballclub.com after the 90 minutes.

Before Kompany’s side face Arsenal, Tony Phillikirk’s youth team take on Sheffield Wednesday at the Owls’ training ground at 2pm in U18 Professional Development League action.

The young Clarets currently sit 5th in the U18 Professional Development League after their excellent 5-0 win against Coventry City last weekend and victory in Yorkshire this Saturday against 3rd placed Wednesday could see the visitors replace the Owls in 3rd.

Full coverage will be available for the U18s fixture on X @ClaretsAcademy and a match report will be available post-match.

SUNDAY

Burnley Women v Huddersfield Town Women | Women’s FA Cup | 2pm

The weekend concludes with the Clarets women hosting Huddersfield Town in the Women’s FA Cup at the Anchor Ground, Darwen.

Rebecca Sawiuk’s side are enjoying life so far in the 2023/24 season, after a 3-1 win against West Bromwich Albion on Sunday saw the Clarets extend their lead at the top to four points ahead of Newcastle United in 2nd.

This Sunday will see Burnley Women entertain the Terriers at Darwen in the first round of the Women’s FA Cup.

Town won’t be strangers to the hosts, as Sawiuk’s side cruised past the Yorkshire side 5-1 in the league fixture in September and the Clarets will be hoping for a similar performance this weekend to book their place in the second round.

Entry to the game is free and full coverage will be available on X @BurnleyFCWomen.
