MONDAY

Burnley v Leicester City | Premier League Cup | 7pm

The U21s kick start the week as they resume their Group G 2023/24 Premier League Cup campaign.

So far, the Clarets have played three of their six stages, with an opening win against Leicester City at LCFC Training Ground back in September.

A draw with Brentford U21s followed before a tough 8-0 defeat to Fulham U21s in November.

TUESDAY

Crewe Alexandra v Burnley | U18 Professional Development League Cup | 11am

The Clarets U18s travel to the Crewe Academy Training Ground on Tuesday morning in the U18 Professional Development League Cup.

Tony Philliskirk’s side secured victory over Birmingham City at the Clarets Training Ground in late November, with Vernon Masara’s 56th minute goal making the difference on the day.

SATURDAY

Burnley v Barnsley | U18 Professional Development League | 11am

Burnley v Everton | Premier League | 5:30pm

Turning their attention back to the league on Saturday morning, the U18s host Barnsley at the Clarets Training Ground.

Thee young Clarets were last in league action on the 18th November when they shared the points with Sheffield United in a 1-1 draw.

Clarets’ forward Wane found the opener in the 76th minute as he found the back of net through a penalty. In the 88th minute, Marshall found an equaliser for Sheffield United as he sent the ball into the bottom corner.

Following back-to-back away trips, Vincent Kompany’s men return to home turf on Saturday to welcome Everton in the teatime kick-off.

The game will see former Burnley FC Manager Sean Dyche return for the first time, alongside former players including James Tarkowski and Dwight McNeil.

The Clarets arrive on the back of gaining a point away at Brighton & Hove Albion last weekend, while the Toffees claimed victory in their game over Chelsea.
